What this site is
Racking Inspection Cost provides independent information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. Racking Inspection Cost is a free introduction service operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd; we pass your details to relevant rack inspectors who quote you directly. We may receive a fee from providers; you pay nothing and are under no obligation. We are not an inspection company. We are an independent guide and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Storage Equipment Manufacturers' Association (SEMA) or the Health and Safety Executive; SEMA is named only to identify the industry scheme. Nothing here is legal advice: the annual expert inspection and the green, amber and red categories are industry good practice, not statutory requirements.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting. Where we introduce you to a provider, we act as an introducer only: we do not advise on, arrange, or recommend between providers, and we never handle client money.
